Mr. Salinger began learning the practice are while interning under a prominent personal injury attorney. Since hanging a shingle in 1997, Mr. Salinger has handled hundreds of personal injury cases ranging in severity from fender benders to wrongful death. During that period Mr. Salinger has collected millions of dollars for injured clients. Mr. Salinger has a long established history with most major local insurers and many adjusters. As the value of personal injury cases are dependant upon diagnosis, treatment and documentation of licensed medical professionals, our office works exclusively with many local medical providers to provide client's with quality medical treatment while ensuring proper documentation necessary to maximize the value of the case. Further most of these providers will provide their services on a lien so you don't have to worry about balancing your medical treatment against your normal living expenses during your recovery.
THE PROCESS HOW IT WORKS
When a client retains this firm, they are immediately relieved of having to deal with insurance adjusters, if they aren't already under the care of a physician we ensure they have access to quality medical providers and assist with any other issues they might be faced with. We handle ordering all reports, records and billing necessary to mount a case. If necessary, we undertake an investigation into liability and mechanism of injury and any other issues relevant to your case.
When you have recovered, we obtain all medical documentation, including past and future medical costs, wage loss information and other out of pocket damages. We combine this information with the results of our investigation to create a detailed demand seeking compensation for your injury. The demands are drafted to convey the full impact the injury has had on your life.
When we receive a response to the demand, we begin to negotiate with any lien holders (any negotiated reductions go straight into the client's pocket) and contact the client. After a series of back and forth with the responsible party, the attorney and client will discuss the offer and decide whether to resolve the case or pursue the litigation. The client makes the final decision.
Upon resolution, the client received a check and has the confidence and peace of mind any providers and/or lien-holders have been satisfied and have released the client from any further liability.
