Salinger Law Group Mr. Salinger has an undergraduate degree in business with an emphasis in economics. He has worked as a staff's accountant for Wells Fargo Nikko Investment Advisors who manage billions of dollars in pension funds.

As an attorney, Mr. Salinger combines his real world experience with this legal traininng in decedents, Estates and Trusts to fashion an estate plan utilizing the most appropriate vehicle (will/trust, etc.) based on the client's individual needs.

Mr. Salinger is a strong believer that when choosing an attorney for estate planning, it is important to seek an attorney wit the appropriate training and experience who will be around in the future. Estate plans are never set in stone, conditions and laws are always changing requirements and such plans should be reviewed following any substantive change in the law or to your individual financial condition. These could include a job loss, divorce, death, the purchase or sale of real property or any other event that alters the reason for choosing the particular vehicle in the first place. Also, it is very common for people to have questions or desiring to make simple changes such as adding or eliminating a beneficiary. Returning to the attorney who originally formulated and drafted the instrument will make this process less expensive and ensure that a complete copy of the original document as well as any modifications are in one place.

Mr. Salinger has lived in the area for over twenty years with extended family. He has small children in local schools and owns property (including the Salinger Law Group building) in Elk Grove. He has practiced law on the Boulevard for fifteen years and plans to continue practicing in the same location for many years to come.
